Shipping and Delivery

Products or services will be delivered as agreed at the time of purchase or booking.
All shipments are processed within 2 to 4 business days, unless otherwise stated during the checkout process.
In the event of logistical delays beyond our control (weather, third parties, transportation issues), we will promptly notify the customer to coordinate a suitable solution.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase or delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The product has not been used, altered, or damaged.
For services, they must not have been started or partially rendered.
To request a refund, customers must email [email protected] with the order number and reason for the request.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery or service.
If the service has already been initiated or prepared, no refund will be granted for late cancellations.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to force majeure, suspected fraud, or operational issues. In such cases, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be issued if applicable.
